• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Assess customers needs and suggest products that meet or exceed expectations
• Greet and engage customers in a positive manner
• Provide an exceptional experience by being knowledgeable about products, services and promotions
• Attend to customers needs
• Inform customers about available deals and discounts
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. participating in discounts and events)
• Assist in the shopping process for customers shopping in the store.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,400.00 per month
